The Key Point: Our Products Are Custom-Made for You
All our products at our Friend store are Made to Order. This means we begin manufacturing your product with its specific color and size only after your order is confirmed. We do not carry any pre-made inventory or ready stock of our items.
Because each product is individually crafted to your personal requirements, the concept of changing your mind, refusing the product, or exchanging it after the order is placed does not apply to our store. Returns or exchanges for these reasons are not accepted.
When is a Return or Exchange Accepted?
We are committed to ensuring the quality of our products and that they reach you in perfect condition. Therefore, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following specific circumstances:
1. A Change in the Agreed-Upon Specifications (On Our Part):
· If the product you receive is in a color that is different from what was agreed upon and selected in your order.
· In this case, the store bears full responsibility, and we will immediately replace the product with the correct one.
2. An Error in the Requested Size (With Prior Approval from Support):
· If a size different from what you specified in your order is sent to you.
· Please note that the measurements listed on the product page are the primary reference. We cannot accept change requests due to the item "not fitting" if it matches the stated measurements, unless the error was made by us.
3. Presence of Manufacturing Defects or Shipping Damage:
· If you find a clear manufacturing defect (e.g., in stitching, welding, etc.).
· If the product arrives damaged or impaired due to the shipping process.
· In these cases, the problem must be clearly documented.
How to File a Claim for the Above Cases:
To ensure your claim is processed quickly and efficiently, please follow these steps if you encounter any of the issues mentioned above:
1. Document the Issue: Take clear, well-lit photographs of the product that clearly show the problem (the wrong color, the manufacturing defect, the shipping damage).
